We ship our products from PEI, Canada.

Free Shipping on orders over $200 before tax within Canada.

Flat Rate of $14 on the shipping on orders under $100 before tax.
Shipping Times: Most orders ship next business day. Normally, you can expect delivery in 4-9 business days. Shipping times depend on where you are located in Canada and Canada Post delivery.

Import Fees & Duties

There are no import fees or duties for items shipped within Canada.

Shipping to United States: Orders under $200 typically are not charged import or duty fees. However, the customer is responsible for any import, duty, and/or taxes.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
TEMPORARY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY UPDATE: We stand by the products that we sell. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adapted our Return and Exchange policy at Flex Beauty Supply. We continue to closely monitor the situation to better serve our customers. Currently, we have temporarily suspend returns & exchanges on all consumable products, to better protect the safety of our customers. We are declining all returns & exchanges (including refunds, store credits and product exchanges) for the safety of our customers and staff members.
Most of the items we sell are consumable products. For example, nail polishes, gels, remover compounds, etc.... Items that are in liquid form are consumable products. Items like nail clippers, callus file tools, we will not be returning or exchanging due to hygiene reasons.
We sell quality products and we stand by them. Only defective products damaged or leaking due to shipping will be accepted for exchanges at this time.
There is a 90 day warranty on equipment, unless otherwise stated on product listing.

Broken, damaged or defective products: We are sorry that your products didn't arrive in perfect condition. Please contact support here so we can replace the product immediately or refund your order.
Policy on 'Sold Out' or 'Back-ordered' Items
Sold Out products will be marked with a "Sold Out" label in the product page. You will be allowed to order these products and they will be on 'back order' status. Meaning, we will do our best to fulfill your order in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee the delivery for these products. In case we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you with two options:

We can refund you for the sold out product and ship the remainder of your order.

You can exchange the back-ordered product with another product of equal price.
